First Home Care believes in working to enable children, adolescents, families and adults to receive the care they need — in their homes and communities.

Home-Based Services

Teenage girls dancing First Home Care's comprehensive Home-Based program specializes in providing client-centered, community-based, culturally-sensitive services designed to meet the unique needs of at-risk children, youth and their families. Our services emphasize the strengths of each individual and family we serve. Our focus is strengthening and preserving the family unity through prevention and solution-based services. We offer supportive services to children, youth and families in their homes without the disruption caused by hospitalization or residential placement.
